The price was very good, facility was clean, people were very nice and well-mannered and Amir went above and beyond by taking the vehicle to a nearby Honda place where the engine and other aspects of the vehicle could get a clean bill of health I would work with Alpha Motorsports again in the future I highly recommend them

Worst Experience Ever! BUYER BEWARE!! Run the VIN through the DMV, Dealer Manufacturer and AutoCheck BEFORE YOU BUY!! Salesman Pat sold us a 2016 Chevy Tahoe with less than 40,000 miles on it in February 2020. The Carfax report that Pat gave us indicated no issues. Shortly after purchase we were contacted by Alpha Motor sports title processing department stating that we needed to sign new title paperwork relating to the vehicle mileage to indicate that it is not actual mileage.....he said it was no big deal and that it was a clerical error. A couple months later the AC condenser failed. We took it to the Chevy Dealer and learned that Chevy placed a manufacturer warranty block because the title has two red flags. One flag was for a branded title and the other was for the not actual miles. We reached out to Alpha Motor Sports and was escalated to the President of the company. The president shared a recent version of the Carfax report. We told the president that there was an entry missing from the carfax report that Pat provided in February 2020 that is listed on the report provided in May 2020. The February Carfax report appeared to be altered. The president of Alpha Motor Sports offered to pay to have the AC condenser repaired and offered an 6 month extended warranty. Last week, the transmission went out! We had it towed to a repair Facility who estimated the cost at $4500. Although the tahoe should be covered under the Chevy dealer powertrain warranty, there is a warranty block because of the red flags on the title. We are now attempting to have transmission replacement covered through the extended warranty that Alpha Motor Sports provided but the claim is under review. THE ISSUES WITH THE MILEAGE AND BRANDED TITLE WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO US DURING THE SALE WITH PAT! We learned that Alpha Motor Sports has fired Pat!

Amir quick and responsive in emails and texts. Kept me well informed and answered all my questions quickly. He was not pushy at all. Alpha Motorspots was neat, clean, welcoming with refreshments offered. All the employees well dressed and friendly. Gave us plenty of time to test drive and look vehicle over.
