I arrived June 4th to pickup the vehicle, drove it 10 minutes and it overheated, I called the service department and spoke with Charlie. I was told there was a problem with the heating/cooling component and StatcAuto would repair it and get the car back to me. 2 days later, I was told the water pump needs replacing and again Star Auto would replace it with no charge to me. Today makes a week, I put down $3500 for a car I don't have. At this point, I want my FULL deposit back and the loan canceled.

Negotiating was easy no struggles. Everyone was patient ive gone through a little difficult time being my wife's vehicle who passed , and they were very accommodating.!!

We received great customer service. The salesman was not pushy or aggressive in any way. He listened to what ww wanted & came thru with the vehicle we selected. The crew was very friendly with the children making the experience as comfortable as possible.

I bought a car took it home and had trouble with it. Took it back and they said Timing chain is bad. They are supposed to fix it. It's been a week and haven't heard anything. Only put 30 some miles on it and having these problems
