First of many BMW’s

To begin; BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine! This made our choice of the X5 over the Audi Q7 an easy decision. Ryan and Tarik made the buying experience wonderful. The negotiation was pleasant and fair for both buyer and seller. They allowed a fair price on our trade.and no surprises along the way. Can’t wait to add a second BMW to the garage!

Right-Rear Turn Signal & Brake Light

Got us in right away (had appointment). Courtesy car provided. Problem diagnosed correctly. Repairs were done and at a fair price (light assembly had to be replaced). Dylan was courteous, friendly and helpful. Grade A experience.

Service Dept

I was in LR from out of town and my check engine light came on. Service dept got it in right away and diagnosed the issue. The fix was going to take 2 hours and I needed to be at the VA to take care of my ill father. Dylan was so nice and understanding. He arranged for a ride for me to and from the VA. Jeremy, the driver, was so nice. He really enjoys his job and put me at such ease. I was well taken care of and they both took the stress out of the situation for me. Please extend my thanks to both of them!

Vehicle recall

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dealership is located in an easy to find area with quick access to a major highway. Service waiting area is well kept and the staff very pleasant.
