Dropped my car off for service and was out the door with a rental in about 15-20 minutes. Justin, as always, is very friendly and cares about what he does. The rental process is quick and easy.

There was early miscommunication, but you guys made it right
We have never had someone work so hard for us as you did. Brooks is as proud of that truck as he can be. We never once felt we were getting ripped in any way. I personally am getting a new/good used vehicle this year. I NEVER considered a Ford. This experience has made me rethink that. So, hopefully we will be back! Tammy Thomas

The service is fairly quick when it comes to oil change and tire rotation. I always ask for Nicole because she is very helpful and professional.

Not perfect but they did try hard to make it right.
Our experience didn’t start off like we wanted. But the service staff and shop manager go in, done a great job of taking care of us.
