A very professional Company that takes care of the customer, my wife and I felt comfortable and at ease. The Salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy, his knowledge of the F250 we were interested in was very evident and again made us feel that thru his actions Kendall Ford of Anchorage was there to help us buy the vehicle we wanted.

After being a life long customer of Cal Worthington Ford I mistakenly thought Kendall would be of the same caliber and be a dealership with integrity. We bought a used F150 and they sold us on the extended warranty from United Car Care. It is WORTHLESS! DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! Our truck had a cracked manifold- they won’t cover it under the warranty because the bolt for the manifold was broken. Of course it was! The manifold cracked and caused the bolt to brake! They told us they don’t cover parts that have hardware or bolts that break. Ummm, the whole thing is held together by bolts and hardware!!!! On top of the $3000 extended warranty we also are paying over $2000 for this repair out of pocket. Shame on KENDALL for selling us this garbage called an extended warranty! The real kicker is that you aren’t a customer of United Car Care so they could care less if you’re unhappy - KENDALL, the dealership is their customer. Shame on you Kendall for scamming us, I expected better.
