AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland HillsReviews
AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills review
We had our mind made up and knew exactly what we wanted. I spoke to Jimmy on the phone; he assured me the SUV was on the lot. He had to leave quickly and turned us over to Tamara. What a great choice! She was so patient, answered all questions and explained all gadgets in the SUV. When Jimmy returned, he introduced himself and was very kind as well. This purchase was so easy going. I'm use to being in dealerships half the day when purchasing. Not at AutoNation. Quick financial check, got the percentage rate that satisfied us and out!! I highly recommend this dealership

McSweeney Chevrolet GMC ClantonReviews
2024 Chevrolet Colorado review
I purchased this truck before I read any reviews on it. I'm glad I didn't read them. The truck is very comfortable and fun to drive as my main vehicle to drive. There are a few quirks to get used to: raspy engine sound, headlight control on touchscreen, and a slight lurch right before coming to a slow stop. Overall, I enjoy it very much. CR has rated low for reliability, but I'm risking it. You can make any vehicle last over 100K miles with proper care.

AutoNation Ford ValenciaReviews
AutoNation Ford Valencia review
I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, the Sales Manager, Peter, and the entire team. I was searching for a very specific Ford Raptor in a particular color, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they never tried to steer me toward something else. Instead, Austin went above and beyond to locate the exact truck I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer service. Peter was absolutely fantastic—he personally drove over two hours to pick up the truck and made sure everything was completed the very same day. Anyone who has shopped for a Raptor knows how difficult these trucks can be to find, especially when you’re looking for a specific color and configuration. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, respected my preferences, and worked hard to make it happen. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first instead of simply trying to sell what’s available on the lot. Thank you again to Austin, Peter, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the overall buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!

Lexus of Tampa BayReviews
Lexus of Tampa Bay review
I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Lexus of Tampa Bay after finding it online. I normally hate the car-buying experience, but Zee completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and never pushy. He listened, answered my questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I already knew I wanted the CX-5—Zee is the reason I chose to buy it from Lexus of Tampa Bay. I’ve bought enough cars to know a great salesman when I meet one. Zee is exactly that. I would absolutely buy from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

AutoNation Ford Scottsdale review
I worked with Steven Witters first by email, then by phone and finally at the dealership when I went to pick up the new F150. All aspects of the transactions when well and what I was told via email was what I got when at the dealer. Steven had to locate my vehicle at another dealership and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. I didn't need financing so was in and our of the dealership in 30 minutes and back on the road.

Stephan, my sales agent, and Jesse, the Service Manager, provided excellent customer service! Even with a few hiccups along the way, they worked hard to ensure I got everything I wanted in my truck. I truly appreciate their patience, dedication, and commitment to making everything right. I highly recommend them both!

Brady, the salesman, was super helpful and professional. Even when we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, he helped us with a totally different situation we had. He has kept in contact with us through the process and is super easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to other people as the didn’t make us feel like we were working with “pushy used car salesmen”. Thank you for making this experience as easy and positive as possible given the circumstances!!
