My repair service was a nightmare.
My repair service was a nightmare. After they had my vehicle for seven days and it had not even been seen I wanted my vehicle. The supervisor then asked if he could expedite the repair to improve the experience. I picked up the vehicle the next day but had to return it the following day for more repair. I would not recommend this service department.

This dealer is awesome. Very friendly, make your wait as comfortable as possible! Always ready to help in anyway or answer my questions right way. I would come back here again!! When I buy my next Jeep I will definitely shop here first! They have everything to keep you from being bored or thirsty! They really care about customers. They also did a fantastic job on my Jeep. Oh ! And they washed it too!! That is an awesome dealership!! I would recommend it to my family and friends. I will never forget this nice place!!

You’re very welcome!! It was a good experience especially because what they had to do to my vehicle took a few hours, but it was worth it going to Don Davis in Arlington. I live in fort worth but decided to call this dealer and was treated so well! I will definitely go back again! I love this kind of customer service!
