But Ricky kept me posted every couple days on its location, called me when it arrived, called me when it was ready. Did a great job of keeping me updated. Brought my car in for warranty work and was quoted 3 to 5 days but much to my delite it was ready in 2 days. Also was treated very nice by the shuttle service.

During the time my vehicle was there 2 weeks, I received no updates except for when I came to the shop or my husband arrived there to ask for an update while he was looking for a new vehicle. I realize Jake was out due to an illness but the lack of follow up was very disappointing.
