Classic CDJRF and Chris Pierson get 5 stars. Chrysler Cares gets zero stars. I had an issue with my UConnect screen failing due to delamination. After calling Chrysler Cares, they implied if the dealer verified my diagnosis, they would replace the screen....NOT! Chris went to bat for me and got my screen replaced. Thanks Chris and Classic!

Pleased with the oil change and tire rotation service and
Pleased with the oil change and tire rotation service and the time it took but disappointed the maintenance summary (inspection of tires, wipers, fluids, brakes, etc.) was not reviewed with me nor was I given a copy. After getting home I called and was told how to find the summary online and discovered that it was recommended that the wiper blades be replaced. Will have to make another trip back or wait until the next oil change.

Chatted with someone on the website to set up a service appointment. They got my information and never heard back from anyone. I called the service dept. the next time to set up the appointment and had them address a factory recall issue. Service was good.
