Had Ram towed in for diagnostics, needed an engine replacement. We had a hiccup with communication at first but the team was able to more than redeem themselves with the service and attention we got. We were able to get a great loaner vehicle while my truck was offline and the dealership was kind enough to cover it when my warranty wouldn’t. I did receive great updates on the truck and they were able to work with me to get the price of a complete engine swap down when my warranty capped at $5,000. I would recommend their service if you want the piece of mind knowing there were no shortcuts and everything is done to Rams specs. A special thanks to JR who made this experience so much easier to handle. JR worked hard to make sure the project was on track and the warranty company had the information they needed.

0POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! On 07/30/2021 I took my 2019 Ram 2500 6.7 L Cummings, 9,895 miles, to Classic Dodge Arlington Tx. to get the driver side entry assist handle and trim repaired/looked at (it had pulled almost completely off dumping me in a parking lot, while I was trying to get into the vehicle the previous day). When I arrived at about 8:05 am., there were no customers in the service area and no service advisors out to greet incoming customers. An individual walking in from the lot asked what I needed and I in formed him of the problem and explained that I was looking for Chris. Chris was inside tied up speaking with another customer. I waited for approximately 10 minutes before another service advisor (name unknown), came out to the service bay from inside, and asked what the problem was with my vehicle. I showed him the trim and explained what had occurred. He stated, it would take at least a day before one of the techs could look at my vehicle and a few days before they could get it repaired. I was aware that they most likely would not have the part and would have to order it. But wow, a day for a tech to walk up to the vehicle open the door, look at the interior trim piece and say yep we’re gonna have to order that part, inter a work order, and say, we will call you when it comes in. I retorted, it’s just a piece of @@#%& trim can’t you get someone to look at it and order the part? The advisor said, No, I can’t just move you ahead of all the vehicle that are waiting. (Like I was asking for some special/preferential treatment) I said, ok give me a loaner. He said, we don’t have any. At that point I got onto my vehicle and departed. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I went straight to another dealership, pulled into their service department, was met by a service advisor, and explained the problem the trim on my truck. They took a look at it, made some notes on a handheld computer, and said, we are going to have to order the part and it’s going to take a few days for it to come in. We will call you went it arrives and it should take us about 30 minutes to install it. Now, about the one star. I would have given less but this site would not allow me to post a review…. UPDATE 07/5/2021; On 7/4/2021 @ approximately 11:45 am. Mr. Adam Landcaster telephonically contacted me reference the above review. He was very personable during the call, wanting to know what could be done to correct the problem and agreed that the Service Advisor had handled things in correctly. Adam stated, that he would “Speak with” the service advisors. (Whatever that means) The other dealership I had taken my vehicle to called me shortly before Adam called informing me that the part was in and asking me to bring the truck in so that they could make the repair. It was done in 30 minutes this morning and I was on my way. Now that’s customer service! Here’s another tidbit of information for you DIY’ers: Recently I stopped buy Classic CDJ of Arlington TX., parts department and inquired what a bed assist step would cost for my 2019 Ram 2500. I was told and handed a print out that showed the cost to be $519.19 dollars. Other Dealership: $360.00 dollars. Passenger side dash bezel for a 2017 Wrangler JK, $191.00 dollars at Classic CDJ of Arlington and $145.00 at the other dealership. Ok now, guess where I’m taking my business

Adam, I really don’t know what more could be said. Both you and I know the customer service I experienced while at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Arlington, TX. was well below industry standard, And how could you possibly justify the price markup(s) on parts? I cannot believe that the geographic location difference of a few miles could result in the obvious price gouging that I have unfortunately discovered at this dealership. If you wish to have a returning loyal customer base I would suggest a good hard look into how Classic CDJRF. does business and the way customers are treated. No one wishes to walk into a dealership having to keep a death grip on their wallet from fear of being taken for everything the dealer can get. In the event that you wish to discuss this further you have my number. You called me yesterday.

Chris did a super job taking care of my 2012 Fiat! Quick diagnosis, verified problem with photos, and did a great job following up with me. My car was serviced on time and clean, and the best part is that my super "lifetime warranty" covered the repairs. Chris is a great customer advocate and works to make sure everything is done on time and correctly. Professional and customer focused.
