Very kind, helpful, and genuine. They Broke parts on my truck while working on it. Communicated with me well through all repairs and got it all fixed that afternoon. They even had to drive to get the parts since they didn’t have them so that they could get me my truck back that day. I appreciate their high level of customer service , very pleased.

I was very impressed with the new look and feel of the dealership. I vowed never to return when it was called Holt and even after the change in ownership I was skeptical about going. I’m glad I decided to stop by. I will be returning when I need my vehicle serviced again. Chris was great.

Overpriced repair, didn't do a multi point inspection,...

Overpriced repair, didn't do a multi point inspection, had to ask for a courtesy wash after $587 in repairs...didn't vacuum it either.

I had brought my vehicle in for a full service oil change...

I had brought my vehicle in for a full service oil change last week. I also need to replace my air and a/c filter. I had expressed other issues I had with the vehicle and was told by the advisor those would be looked. The fuel cap and engine lights were on but was fixed. However, the lights came back on yesterday evening. I called this morning, after being told to call if I had issues or concerns. Not to be told something different, as if the conversation never happened last week… don’t waste my time or lie. I have worked under customer service for over 10 years. A pet peeve of mines, is poor service and lack of concern to the customer.
