CarMax Springfield

​I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Carmax. I purchased a truck here, and only 14 days later, the transmission started failing. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn't exchange the vehicle for another one in the same price range. ​The only response I received was, "Unfortunately, we can't do that at this time," with zero explanation or effort to make it right despite the "extenuating circumstances" of selling a faulty vehicle. For a company that prides itself on "no-hassle" buying, they certainly make it a hassle when they sell you a lemon. I expected much better service and accountability. Buyer beware.

Although the process took awhile I was happy with the truck I purchased and thought it was worth the wait. The sales person kept me informed of the delays and what was being done to remedy. I doubt that most transactions have as many issues as I had. Everyone I dealt with had great customer service skills.

I was so pleased with this service and the staff working there each time I came in. Everyone was accommodating and knowledgeable. I was quickly attended to, give good explanation if there would be a short delay and everything seems to go like clockwork there. I have already recommended this business to at least 10 people.

Every CarMax is great and this one is no different! This is my second Car Max purchase. 2 different states. Same exceptional service. CarMax truly is a hassle free buying experience!I will never buy a car from another dealer ever. CarMax has my business period!
