I would recommend but it was chaotic. I believe our sales rep was new. He didn't show us much about the car at all. And our experience buying was less than pleasant. We were told things that we could do and then when we showed up, it was a mess. I do really appreciate CarMAx but this was not a good experience

They just finished remodeling everything. Everything was clean and bright. Comfy chairs. Bathrooms were clean and updated.

Shout out to Corey who helped me return a car a I wasn’t satisfied with and got me into something I love. Everyone there was friendly chill people. Corey smart guy very respectable and intelligent guy glad I got to meet him. Great selection of cars available too.

All went well at time of pick up of the Cadillac. Was a snowy night, arrived a half hour early, and car was still outside, but by the time paper work was done it was inside, washed, and prepped to go. Only suggestion, to make a good dealership even better, would be to tell the customer that the warranty period was being changed while I was closing the deal. Always liked your ninety day warranty, but feel a little slighted with the drop to thirty days warranty. I was glad to get a quality car, low milage, and treated well during the process of the sale.
