If I could give a zero I willl. THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER. They overcharge. The charge the same toll 2-and 3 times They a scam My vehicle is paid off and for a balance of 287$ of toll the vehicle was repo . They break the law! They don’t do their job properly The head of collection is racist! The workers has no work ethic! When your vehicle is tolll they mess up the bottom of vehicle because they drag your car out and rush out ! Customer service suck There’s no way to get in contact with anyone . Not by phone calls or email! Workers suppose to contact the customers they never reach out and then lie about it . A vehicle that cost 48000$ something I ended up paying to them over 1000000$ Because of all the up charges. Tower is a scam I would not recommend this office to anyone When you paid off the vehicle they look for ways to keep you stuck to them Making everything impossible. Tower is a total SCAM!!!!

★☆☆☆☆ AVOID! They shut off my car and left me stranded because THEIR app was broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. Tower Auto Mall has the worst, most predatory business practices I have ever experienced. They remotely disabled my car for a "missed payment," leaving me completely stranded and unable to get to my job. The crazy part? I've been TRYING to pay them! The payment app they give us to pay it’s broken . I've tried repeatedly, but it simply will not work. So, because of their technical failure, I'm the one who gets punished. When I called them for a solution, they were useless. No help, no apology, and no alternative way to pay and get my car reactivated. They literally left me without a vehicle and don’t ever offered any solution, putting my job at risk. This isn't even my first bad experience here; it's just the latest in a pattern of terrible service specially from the costumer service they never can’t do anything good for you but they’re so happy to go against you, some of those people don’t have any preparation to resolve issues I’m tired of this issues with tower all the time, They trap you, provide faulty tools, and then blame you for the outcome. I think the goal is make lose the car and make costumer life more difficult

Shady dealership, we made an agreement and after transferring insurances to the new car they changed interest rate and term of the loan. Then they gave a date to return my down payment and deposit and failed to do that. I had to dispute the charge through my bank in order to get my money

Worst service you can get in entire world....i paid my car off it took 2 months to get the title... there was an accident somone hit and run on me i got plate number i came to dealership trying to claim there manager said to claim your self i called there insurance company they told me same thing i claim the other party insurance said its there drivers fault they will wrote me a claim check for car damages i came to office to get stamped i did half work on car they kept my check and told me they will fix the car... and i gave them the computerized receipt of work where i got my car fixed same auto body like them and they said its fake they just ROB people. They are blood sucker they never told me at first come to us and we will fix it. Then there lease to own cars are still under there name. There is nothing you can do much..... Very rude, disrespectful people you rather pay money to bank.... here you will end up paying for car around 65k to 70k for TOYOTA Camry. And on top you will treat like you not even a human..they are blood sucker's same as Uber...i stayed with them 4 years worst decision i had ever made in my entire life!!!

All of these reviews are fake. Look at the google reviews. Company is shady and the customer service reps do not answer phone calls. Rental fees are very high also. Very unprofessional

I have purchased a car with tower this week I am really satisfied with the overall service Kudos to Anna she is professional very helpful and she makes feel so comfortable you don't worry about the wait time.After feeling the application i was so confident they she will give me full satisfaction. I already recommended two of my friends to her.

This car Dealer know how rob people when you buy a car from them, cost you 4 times more of the value. Don't go there also after all full payment they don't want to give you the title certificate. Also when you pay your money down to do paper work they put the car under their name even when you asked them to buy the car they put you on a lease to own. I don't recommend no one to deal with them only danm people don't know that right I hate my self I deal with them didn't know. Until now they don't give me my title certificate, also many they take extra money on your account if you don't see anything you lost for ever these people I compare them like a RIP off, scammer.

I have read all the reviews that were reviewed and this is my personal experience .This is my 3rd car purchased from this company I have to thank them sincerely yes everyone do have different experiences but I can honestly say they were my life savers many of time Being a TLC driver and struggling day by day to make my bills and I know many of you can relate .They have always worked with me and to all those people who don't have a way out or can't finance a vehicle they help. So before you judge by the reviews think twice because there's so many other people who have great experiences with Tower Auto Sales .PS Thank you Avi for always working with us
