Great dealership. Easy to work with. The cars, prices and experience was wonderful. Ask for Jim, he was great!

We bought the Hyundai Santa Fe Premium 2019 in 05/05/2026 and we are happy with it. Chris, Reggie sale men are very nice and Ali the manager is super nice and helpful. The car came with one key and Ali helped to make another key for us. Although, we have to bring the car back to the dealer twice for Engine light on for service and sensor failed, the dealer fixed the issues because it was still under the dealer 3K miles or 90 days warranty coverage. The services staff are also very helpful. They ran all the diagnostic scans and fixed all the issues for free. Thank you.

Brought a Volvo 2019 XC60 from them 2 months ago and the vehicle has been in the shop 2 times already from mechanics not knowing what they're doing to repair the problems. I was sold a lemon wouldn't buy anything from this dealership EVER again!!! People work hard for there money to purchase a good running car with no problems. We have tried to call there and no one answers or even listen to the voicemails being left. That is poor business ethics.

I had a really lousy experience. I drove across half of Pennsylvania yesterday to try and arrive before they closed and I was clear with the perfectly nice sales guy that I didn't want to make anyone stay after they’re 5pm closing time on a Saturday evening right before Christmas. I was just glad they let me do my quick test drive when I arrived at 4:42pm. The sales guy was happy to accommodate. So, I drove the car, loved the car and told the salesman I wanted the car and the only thing I needed was for them to repair the driver's side seat that powered backward but not forward. I don't know anything about repairing a power module and at full cash price I was happy give them a few days to finalize the transaction once their 6-bay repair shop could get their eyes on the seat. (I mean, their entire operation looks like a repair shop) That’s when the floor manager Ernie finally walked over to say, "Hey, we're a wholesaler and we're not going to fix all kinds of 'gadgets' on the car for you." I responded, "You mean not even the power button to make the driver's seat move back forward?" "That's right", he said. I said, "THAT'S STUPID!" Great car. Absolutely the worst buying experience. Arrived in a great mood. Left in the worst mood. The place sucks on a road that sucks but I’m sure Ernie is absolutely loved by his bosses because obviously this ancient used-car sales manager vibe is exactly what Bridge (to nowhere) Auto Group wants or else they wouldn't keep Ernest around another day to xxxx off a once really happy customer. I should've read the reviews FIRST and asked for "Anton" or "Sam" because apparently they're great to work with. I didn't see any positive reviews for Ernie. José, Ernest’s boss called me the next day to tell me there must have been a BIG misunderstanding because he had told Ernie to say yes to repairing the seat. So either Ernest didn’t want to listen to his boss or Jose was feeding me a story. I figured Ernie would be calling to explain the “big misunderstanding” and to apologize. I waited over a week but didn’t hear another word so, I think I have my answer.

Would give it zero if I could. Went there to look at the 2010 Honda Civic they have up right now. DO NOT BUY IT OR FROM THEM AT ALL. Only had the emissions sticker on the hood, not the safety. Got serviced in October of this year from the previous owner and then put up for sale. Seems like it didn't pass the safety. Sales guy - Bob, tried saying his guys wouldn't have picked it up if it failed, carfax would've said if it failed, etc. But, Carfax doesn't always have all the data, on Carfax, it said "emissions or safety PERFORMED" not passed, doesn't state failed either but still...called the mechanic on the spot (Saturday) so they could tell me exactly what happened with it. I had to leave a voicemail. They called me back today (Monday) and said yes, it failed. Needs a control arm, new motor mount, all new brakes (dealership did replace the front ones and rotors but that's it), would have needed a new back tire soon, and had a bad oil leak. Glad I didn't buy it. Glad someone made a mistake and kept the sticker on. My dad said "She's going to buy it and then try to get it passed in PA and they're going to say she needs $3000 worth of work" He was right! He also said "Bob is probably really angry at the guy who kept the sticker on" and then Bob actually said to us "If that knucklehead took the sticker off like he was supposed to, you would've been driving off with it today", well thank god he didn't. Classic sleezy used car lot. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
