Randy and Matt are both excellent to work with in the
Randy and Matt are both excellent to work with in the service department. They communicate extremely well about the problems and solutions for the cars when they are brought in for service. The only thing that I wish were different is the diagnostic charge of $129 which can be done for less at some parts stores. Their charge for other maintenance services is quite reasonable and competitive, and they always have been honest in their dealings with me. That has saved me money in the long run! I have three cars that I regularly have them service, and I will continue to have them looked after at CarShop.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible service department. Have had our car for 3 months and have been in 3 or 4 different loaner cars because they can't fix things right the first time.

AVOID Carshop Cranberry
Bought a Chevy from the dealership in cranberry in June 22'. Been nothing but a head ache. We've owned the car for about two months now and have been in 3 or 4 loaner cars. Have driven the car we bought for maybe 2 weeks of the two months and we've made one car payment. Constant issues with the car, drop it off for a week to be worked on, get it back and drive it for a few hours then the check engine light comes back on. Drop off get a loaner for another week to get our car back and guess what check engine light comes on again for the same reason it was in for service the previous times. Their service department is terrible and they can't fix things right the first time the car is in. Total regret buying a car from here. They don't call you to update where they're at with service on the car and the only way to get updated is if you call in yourself and ask what's going on. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost.

A great experience was marred.
This was our first experience with CarShop Cranberry. Don't know if it will be the last or not. I responded "no" when asked, because I can't honestly say I would go back. First, I want to say that our salesman, Zack, was very helpful. Answered our calls, messages, etc. quickly and professionally. If we do ever go back, we would definitely buy through him. It's what happened during the actual transaction that has left us feeling frustrated. We traded in one used car for another. The vehicle we traded had a minor accident on record, as recorded on the CarFax report. Everyone was well aware of this. Requested pictures of the vehicle were also submitted. We agreed upon a purchase price and financing was arranged. We picked up the car on a day when Zack was not working. We were aware of that but wanted to get the vehicle. We were told that any salesman could help us. When we arrived, the salesman said the appraiser had to look at the vehicle to verify everything. We thought this process was already completed, as everything requested had been submitted and a financing deal was already in place. We were surprised, and unhappy, to learn that we would be given $1,000 less than the agreed upon price (in writing). We were told that because the vehicle had an accident, the price was lower. Again, this was nothing new because the dealership was made aware of it early on and acknowledged it, saying it should not make a difference. $1,000 may not seem a lot to some people, but when you are budgeting to make a car payment, the additional money adds up. I called after the fact, with no resolution. Just a very disappointing ending to a car purchase. We are pleased so far with the car, so that's not the issue. Nor is the service we received from Zack. He could not have been more helpful. But would I purchase again or recommend? Not sure. Don't like being blindsided.

Great experience.
Great experience. The entire team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone worked together. Every vehicle we looked at was better in person than in the pictures ( and, the pictures are good. ). Not to mention the Price is right, guarantees are right. Just a great experience!
