Impressed with honest employees at the service desk. They demonstrated knowledge and provided direction which helped to make good decisions. They didn’t try to up sell anything.

Adam was our salesman and he was awesome! He was kind and courteous and respectful. Parish was great as well.

(Service) Only been a couple of days, but so far, very satisfied. As it turned out, I brought my car in a day early by mistake and it had some significant work to be done. However, they had me out the same day. Very nice, as they weren't obligated to do that (my error). They are a little out of the way for me but I still might consider for future service.

A huge thank you to Matt at the Cranberry CarShop for making buying my truck a wonderful experience. I called the store hoping to test drive a truck just 30 minutes before closing and they had it waiting for me by the front door. I loved the truck, left a deposit that evening and returned the next morning where Matt had most of the work started to complete the transaction. After having a horrible experience at another dealer I was blown away by the service and care Matt put into making the process stress free and actually enjoyable. Thank you again to Matt and the team, I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle in the future.

The process from start to finish was so simple! After we found our truck and called for a test drive, the delivery(the truck was about 4 hours away), test drive and financing were wrapped up in about 32 hours total. I will never buy a car another way again!!

I purchased my "dream car" after many months of looking for the perfect one. Went to the dealership on a Saturday, test drove and picked out the car. I said I would be back the next Saturday to do all the paperwork and pick up my vehicle. I noticed that the front bumper was missing a clip, and was told it would be repaired. (The carfax stated it did have past front end damage, but was only a bumper that was damaged). Also, the check engine light was on. When I went to pick up my car, the front bumper was not fixed, and I was told "they tried". At that point, I should have walked away, but again-my dream car.... That weekend I took the vehicle to show my daughter, and her father-in-law was there. He's a "garage mechanic" and when he looked under the car, the entire pan was full of oil - new oil! I called my local mechanic, and he stated that the plug was not put in properly, as a matter of fact, it was stripped. He replaced the plug and cleaned up the oil spill. He also told me that the gaskets were leaking, and needed to be replaced! (This all within 1st week of ownership...) Then, my husband took the car to a body man to see if the front bumper could be fixed, and I was told the frame is bent! I AM LIVID! I will have the car fixed, but will NEVER EVER go to this dealership again for ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

As a first-time car buyer in their early 20s, I had no idea where to start. Ryan H. made it possible for me to walkaway with a beautiful and great-running 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Before visiting Carshop, I had my mindset on leasing as car prices are astronomical compared to when my sister's bought their first cars and quality cars do not come in large quantities at this time in Pittsburgh, PA. Ryan H. met with me and my partner and explained CarShop top to bottom. I was able to test drive cars that day and I was nervous, as a young female, going into a Car place without knowing "all my facts," as most people warn you about. Ryan H. was incredibly helpful and later met with my parents a few days later and walked them through the same process he walked me through. I seriously do not know where I would be without Ryan H.'s help. Within a week, I was able to test drive, talk about financing options, learn about Carshop through time spent at the Dealership, and walk away with an great car at an incredible price. I'm not sure where Ryan H. came from or started working at the Cranberry CarShop but thank god.

Ryan Honsaker was a great help. He showed us 3 trucks and encouraged us to test drive each one. We got the exact truck we were looking for. I highly recommend him and CarShop
