I appreciate her explaining the extended warranties and showing me how to set up my Bluetooth in my car. I had a few issues with my car, and I am very glad that Maya explained the problem to the manager Sean, and Joseph McClelland expedited correcting the issues that I had. Thank you to all three of you for going above and beyond to make my car buying a great experience!

Bought my 2024 Tacoma from Katy and I absolutely love it! I had a great experience from start to finish. Went to a dealership prior to stopping in at CarShop and my experience was night and day. Upfront pricing and no pushy sales pitch I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Also the Allstate extended warranty is amazing and worth every penny.

I made an unplanned trip to check out a Lexus NX my wife found online. Jasson had the car ready upon our arrival and the test drive went so well I proceeded with the purchase process. Although I didn’t have a checkbook on me at the time; the sales team prepared all of the documentation before hand. Upon my return with the check, final touches with the transaction were completed promptly and I was on my way in 10 to 15 mins! I would totally purchase another car through Jasson…professional and very personable!
