I scheduled an appointment to see a Mercury Grand Marquis. On the day I was to come see the vehicle they sold the freaking car. Don't worry I know not to ever do business with these guys. They least could have had the professionalism to say hey we sold the vehicle you interested in...Etc.

After writing a review on 10/3. A week later I received a phone call from the other owner, he read my review and offered to reimburse full amount of the repair and also ordered the touch up paint that was promised to me during the purchase of the vehicle. Everything is settled.

This is my first and last transaction with this dealer. Bought a vehicle and discovered the defects before the warranty expired. Took the vehicle for repair only to be told that it was not covered by warranty. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and nothing happen and I finally gave up on them and took the vehicle back to be taken to another mechanic the vehicle was dirty inside and found ashes. Prior to buying the vehicle the owner committed to touch some of the paint. It's been 2 months haven't heard from him last conversation he was ordering the paint. Worst after sales, misleading information. Very stressful after we got the vehicle.

I had an amazing shopping experience with these guys. Mustafa, the GM was very knowledgeable and helpful. Muhammad was a good salesman. They gave us a great deal and made the whole process seamless and easy! Highly recommended and already referred to family and friends who also got cars from them! Will definitely return here first when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle. I think I found my favorite dealer for life!
