Great communication

I bought my brand new TLX in April and bring it here for oil changes etc. Everyone takes great care of me and my car and communication is excellent.

Shawn Haggarty at Speedcraft Acura, has a wealth of automotive knowledge relative to Acura and other make cars (pros, cons, history of model improvements). Better yet, he takes the time to understand the customer?s desires and quickly narrows down the options that match from Speedcraft?s new or pre-owned inventory; saving you both time and a lot of aggravation. In my case, following a disappointing test drive of a vehicle I thought I wanted, he was able to guide me straight to my dream ride. His professional, low pressure approach makes the car shopping experience a pleasure.

Great Dealership and great salesman (SHAWN)!

I recently purchased a 2018 RDX from Speedcraft Acura. This was the best experience I have had buying a car. Shawn was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and was not pushy at all! I was able to walk in and drive away in my new car within a few hours. I would highly recommend Speedcraft Acura and Shawn for your next Acura!

Knowledgeable and Friendly with a Great Experience

Shortly after my car was totaled, I began to look for the same type of car I had. I saw one listed at SpeedCraft Acura. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and when I arrived I was greeted by Salesman Shawn Haggarty. Shawn was ?no pressure? and extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus I tested. He was also very compassionate about my situation with the accident I was in. In having such a great experience with a friendly dealership with an outstanding team, I completed my deal and am very happy in my ?new? car....Thank You Shawn !

Good dealership

Just awesome!!!

After being a Honda customer all my life I wish I would've tried speedcraft Acura first!! I've done Business with every single honda dealer in New England. after two brand new Honda Accord's and three brand new Honda pilots I was on my way to go get my fourth Honda pilot and I decided to stop at speeccraft.I never tried Acura because I thought I couldn't afford it but I ended up paying less a month for my new 2017 MDX that I did for my 2017 Honda pilot Matt the salesman treated me like I was the CEO of the place LOL they couldn't have been more helpful And the most important part is that my wife is over the moon with the car .thanks guys!!

Quick and painless

Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. Stress free atmosphere and they didn't keep me waiting for ever. Completed the purchase inside of an hour and a half.

Great customer care and service.

I went to Speedcraft to look at a vehicle that I saw online. Unfortunately, things didn?t work with that specific one but I did not leave empty handed. I love my car and the service was great.

All talk no resolution

This service department maybe good at regular maintenance stuff, you know where they can do mindless work but when it comes to warranty stuff as in my case chasing rattles and fixing them you get all lip service but absolutely zero resolution. So people who sit in my car and multiple people have asked me why a car with less than 15,000 miles has rattles and creaking but when i brought it into service and i point out the rattles and creaks all i get is "oh i don't hear anything". More lip service are the excuses! For example Acura prohibits tint because the weight of the tint can cause windows to rattle". Seriously?! When i first went there the service manager Angelo Pari's words were "we do our very best Everytime" i definitely don't feel that was the case. Each time i got the car back i could still hear the rattles within my ride back home. But obviously they didn't hear anything. Again more lip service was "oh all Acuras have certain threshold when it comes to creaks and rattles and they are deemed normal". I mean i know Acura's quality has gone down but seriously when are rattles/creaks considered normal especially when my friends can hear then but magically the service techs, multiple service techs according to Angelo Pari's hear nothing. So in summary if you have any issues other than regular maintenance look elsewhere! Otherwise you may get more lip service and zero resolution

Great people

Went shopping for a new Acura at Speedcraft and was turned on to so many different options, I'm now debating if I should get the hybrid. I'm looking forward to completing my purchased with Speedcraft
