Excellent...High level of Customer Service and Quality

You are met with a smile and instructions at the Service department Bay door As you pull your vehicle in... After a very short wait the service writer takes your vehicle information and gives the recommendation for service… an estimated cost…. And how long of a wait it will be…. There have never been any surprises with estimates being higher than quoted... In the wait time is always less then stated… friendly, courteous customer service at all times….costs are on the high side of competitive when compared to the competition..but not a deterrent...5 stars from this customer!

Amazing.

Driver's side visor

A replacement for the driver's side visit was going to cost $333.00. again this not cowvered by my warranty. Will never purchase a warranty.

Oil change and tire rotation

Great staff and very quick. It was done in a timely manner and David was amazing throughout the whole process. Would recommended him to anyone.

Five stars for the service department

The service department is the only reason I give this car dealership a five star review. After only having my car I purchased a few days I noticed some problems that needed to be addressed right away. My husband and I went in and talked to David and he was nothing but helpful, friendly and understanding to our frustrations. He made sure we got the car in the next day and took care of everything plus some. I just want to thank him for his excellent customer service and for bringing a positive light to this not so great car buying experience. I didn’t plan on coming back here for service but definitely will now.

Great service and fast and done right.with a smile.

They are always pleasent , service with a smile.They have a area to watch tv while you wait. Computers to use popcorn, coffee much more Let you know how much time is left before car is done.. Service is very friendly. They make you feel good and whating to come back again.Laura Lariviere was very helpful , pleasant always willing to help you out.it was great having her in the service department.

2017 Frontier

3 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. I think is too long. You may want to hire more mechanics. There were too many people on the shop floor but only a few mechanics working.
