The best dealership service department around!

I’ve been to Boch Nissan South a few times now, and each time I get treated with remarkable customer service. The reps are friendly and approachable, and my favorite thing is that they all speak to me in very practical terms without trying to sell me things I don’t need by using “big words”. It can be intimidating coming to a dealership for service, but Boch makes it very straightforward and affordable with coupons and sales. David Pari has been exceptional to work with! He welcomes me with a smile every time, and is very quick and efficient at processing my drop off transaction. He went above and beyond to even look through my glovebox envelope loaded with too much paperwork to find out info regarding my warranty! And the best part is that the service team always has their work completed earlier than the provided ETA!

Nissan Rogue

I want to give them 0 stars. Exactly 60 days later and 400 miles after I bought the car from here, the battery died. They sold me a Certified Pre-Owned car with a dead battery. Called Nissan Road Assist, they told me they can tow the car to the closest Nissan dealership, which they did. Now I have to pay for a new battery!! The Boch Nissan South from North Attleboro won't pay because the car wasn't brought to them. Unbelievable, they sold me a car with a dead battery and they don't want to pay because the car wasn't towed to them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Loving my new Altima!

My husband and I walked into Boch Nissan South on a Saturday afternoon to check out my options to lease a new Altima. Kriston Walker approached us and showed us a couple of 2019’s. He worked to get us a great deal and fair trade of my current car. Start to finish we had a great experience at Boch with Kriston. He made us feel at ease and he was very knowledgeable of the Altima’s technical accessories etc. I highly recommend the dealership.

LOVE my new Murano!!!!

I had the BEST experience Ever at Boch Nissan! I usually Dread buying a car from a dealer, however Joe & Tony made the experience easy and actually enjoyable with professionalism And personality!😊 They worked with me until I got the deal I wanted, and followed through to make it happen. Complicated

10/12 waited over an hour to speak to loan department,sent home,10/16 ins.company closed at noon no one called to explain the situation paid someone to go to pick up car,no car 10/17 Tony the Sales Manager had no idea of the struggle,I was given his word he would take care of everything himself and return my call.Tony did just that within an hour all the details were taken care of today the car is finally coming home.I would still go back and buy again great selection and 5 star manager thank you Tony.

Made an appointment on line for an oil change. Vehicle was taken in promptly. Software update was installed. Service people were helpful and explained maintenance

oil change

yes they took my car right a away had to wait a half hour that ok it was Tuesday day after a holiday john polseno over looke the oil changed
