Very slow. Took way too long.

Everyone was very friendly and the job was well done. However, I dropped my car off on the express lane at 10:15 and at 12:30 it hadn’t even moved to the back yet. Once it was questioned, they took it in the back right away to be serviced. 25 minutes later they came out and asked if I wanted my car inspected. I informed the guy when I checked in that I needed it inspected. Another 25 minutes to do that. Nothing express about My visit yesterday.

Disappointed

I’ve been coming to this dealership for years, before it was Boch it was Village Nissan and things have definitely changed through the years but in a negative stand point. Customer service wise it’s gotten worse, I feel like the reps are worse than lawyers and all they care for is there numbers. I’ve brought my Maxima here thinking oh I’m going to get the best service because I bought the car here and incidents like “not changing my oil and filter” has happened along with forgetting to put the sticker on my windshield, I’ve asked for my vehicle to get a car wash and that’s even a small task that isn’t followed. The dealership has lost my business tremendously! If you look through my history I was once a customer who would come here for everything in regards to my vehicle and now you’re lucky if I come in for an oil change. I don’t trust the service

Everything was great and service was quick and it was nice they inspected the car and recommended the services that the car needed.I would recomend them for certain.

The car buying experience was smooth

I came in to have my car inspected. Stefan was courteous and friendly as always when I arrived. The work was completed in a timely manner.

Convenient

I continue to be a regular over the years because I have found the staff to be friendly,knowledgeable and accommodating at all times. Love the no appointment policy for basic services

Laura checked me in and she gave me a realistic expectation of how long a wait. She really made my experience great. I respect realistic timeframes. It makes me on time for other events in my day.
