In Good Hands

Everyone at Boch was pleasant, helpful and informative. Laura especially took her time to explain to me all that had been done on my Altima and patiently answered all of my questions.

Bad sales experience

Sold a vehicle with check engine light on that was told it just need to be reset. That was incorrect. Possible fuel pump issue. Nissan has to buy the vehicle back. Sales just wanted to sell the vehicle and then get it into Service for billable time

Rodent issue

David was helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with my insurance company. We got my car fixed and my claim approved. I wish my insurance company moved faster in processing payment ,but that's a different story.

Service review

Unfortunately I’ve been there numerous time for service on my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder.. David and Stefan We’re very knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to work with me to get what I needed to get done on my vehicle.. in the past I’ve always avoided dealerships for service because of the high prices .. but recently David and Stephan have made it a better experience for me ..

Great service by Stefan

Stefan was my service advisor and did an outstanding job handing my service appointment. He explained everything throughly, got me in and out and also provided a courtesy shuttle for me to get home when I left it overnight. Very professional and I was very satisfied. The one complaint I had and this is in NO way a reflection on him is I was told my oil pan gasket was leaking again this visit. This has literally been repaired three previous times and I was surprised to hear it was still an issue. Hoping this is the last time I have this issue

Excellent service

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by friendly faces and smiles. The sales person and manager were very knowledgeable and provided all the information we needed to make a decision. Elliott is top notch and is still helping us a week after the sale. I couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience!
