Good service for oil change and tire rotation. David was helpful and courteous as always. Little disappointed in the pricing for a new battery and battery cable service

Nissan Rough 2019 Kris

Kris was great to work with as well as Sami. Kris was extremely friendly and made my test drive enjoyable with teaching me the apple CarPlay and playing good test drive music. He went through all the features that my new Rouge has over my old rouge. I completely love it. I would have fathered stayed with my payment I had with my old lease and I tried (can’t blame a girl for trying!). Sami, thanks for making it work for me. I’ll be back for my next lease.

Oil change and tire rotation was fine. Took a little over an hour Did not get the car wash I’m not sure if I would return

Excellent. 120k Mile Service

Laurie Lariviere provided excellent customer service. Car service started and completed on time. Laurie was attentive, patient and friendly. She followed through on my 120k mile service, reviewed what was included in the service, and applied discount coupons to my final bill. I waited in the sitting area for my car repair to be completed. Sitting area was clean, comfortable - with complimentary coffee, snacks, TV and Wi Fi. Rest room was also very clean. My car was washed. Always a nice perk!

Service

I had an oil change, tire rotation and Mass Inspection. It took less than 1 hour. Stephan was the person I worked with. He was friendly and professional. At the end, I was told with next oil change I would need a new cabin filter. At home I reviewed the status report online and found the engine air filter marked in red. It had not been changed on this visit and was not even mentioned to me. If it had been I would have said do it. My husband has done business with Boch Toyota for many years. He told me someone from service always points out any body damage they see. As it turned out, when I got home I found I had damage to the rear passenger side bumper which I was not aware of. I know the damage did not occur at Boch Nissan, but it highlighted the importance of that walk around.
