Oil and tire rotate

Service was done on time and the information I received about my vehicle was great. Also got to tour the showroom floor as I waited looking at newest nissan vehicles

It was a very good experience.

My salesman was very thorough in describing all the features available in the Rogue SL and demonstrating how they worked . He was considerate of my time even though it was the end of his day and I had no appointment.

Excellent professional climate & willingness to work with

Very professional , courteous, attentive to customers & no pressure unlike most car dealerships I forgot my checkbook for RI-DMV & Elliot drove all the way to my home in Portsmouth RI TO get my Check so I did not have to drive all the way back to ATTLEBORO. I feel this is very special & thoughtful

Car purchase

I did not have a lot of time available to purchase a car. The agent was quick and to the point which is what I really wanted. I’m Satisfied with the car and the service I received. I also left a garage remote in my trade in and it was mailed to me very quickly and I appreciate that. I would refer a friend for sure and will make another visit the next time I purchase a vehicle

Best Deal. No pressure car purchase

My wife and myself had visited Boch Nissan No. Attleboro on Sunday Sep 22, 2019. Internet sales Manager Dominic C made all arrangements to welcome us. Met Salesperson David B. He explained the features of the Murano and took us for a test drive to the highway. We told David about the intended purpose of the new car and talked about the offer we found on internet for the car we r looking for, and asked him to come up with their best offer. He was very helpful in getting us a deal without any stress. Normally the finance mangers try to extract the last drop of money from the customers. But here, the Finance manger was so cool. He went over the extras ( as the customer has to either decline or accept/buy those), but didn’t try to sell anything and totally stress free. As per our convenience, v picked up the car after 4 days (after registration and other formalities), and David thoroughly explained every details especially the electronic features. On that week, to my surprise, Boch promptly refunded the extra amount which I had paid (due to a miscalculation ) for paper work and taxes.

Got the answers I was looking for

Dave took care of all my issues with the truck. He listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. I also received a follow up call from Dave in the evening after Nissan got back to him.

False pricing

Before I went down I emailed asking if there was any other fee like a prep fee that I've read about at other dealerships, i knew of their doc fee $495, the answer was No, after going through all the paper works, test drive.....find out an added $995 for prep fee...showed them the email from them and was told that person doesn't work at the bldg but handles their sales?
