Do not buy a used car from this dealer "AS IS".

Do not buy a used car from this dealer "AS IS". I found out they did not thoroughly check my car and said it was in good shape. I was interested in a 2009 VW Passat with only 85,000 miles. The car was in great condition on the inside and on the body. I paid $5,600 to take it as is. They would not offer a maintenance guarantee for 3 months. PROBLEMS: 1. I left to drive home (85 miles) and pulled off the freeway to go to a 7-11. When I tried to leave, the car would start but not move. I had to get it towed to my mechanic. He discovered the fuel pump was bad and there was almost no tranmission fluid left. It cost me $1,230 to get it running again. 2. He also noticed lots of leaks. We just had it steam cleaner and he discovered multiple leaks from different parts. He estimates it will cost $5,000 to fix. SUMMARY: I am angry and very disappointed that this dealer did not check the car thoroughly and warn me of potential problems. Since I signed to take it "as is", I have no recourse.

Horrible and experience zero followup.

Horrible and experience zero followup. 3 different times. Their customer service is terrible and their salesmanship now even worse you basically have to sell yourself a car to get a deal done.

I went to the dealership to see a car I was very interested in. While I was looking at the car I noticed a crack in the window. I pointed it out to the guy that was helping me. When I addressed it, he said that it was just a scratch. I began to explain to him that it wasn’t, it was an actual crack and he needed to look closer. After doing so, he said that unless I could prove to him that I was willing to buy the car, they were not willing to do anything about it. Which made no sense. He was rude and snarky. So I left. Not a place I would purchase or recommend a friend to purchase from.

Scam artist

I purchased a Audi A7 from the dealership, and had nothing but problems with it. After putting $1100.00 of my own money into the car. I took it back to the dealer to see if they could help with repairs. They kept my car for 2 weeks, then told me to take it to another shop because they couldn’t fix it. The other shop looked at my car, and said I had a blown head gasket, and coolant and oil were mixed. They said I would need a new engine, and that this car shouldn’t have been sold.

Buyer Beware!

Nightmare experience. I purchased a Mercedes remotely from Texas and had it delivered after seeing a video walkaround of the vehicle. It arrived with a dead battery (they did compensate me for this), the rear tires were cut by the fenders (they were too wide) and undisclosed and unrepaired crash damage that prevented me from being able to drive the car or passing the Texas Safety inspection. I have spent close to $10,000 to get this car in good enough shape to pass the inspection and to make it driveable. I communicated with the dealer every step of the way and no other compensation was provided. I purchased the vehicle "as is" but it was based on their word and the video walkaround. I still have many issues with the vehicle, including an SRS light because the airbag system was compromised and not properly repaired. My title initally came back as Salvage/Rebuilt because of the extent of prior damage and I was only able to get that removed because of the extensive repairs I made to the vehicle.

THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL!!!

If I could, I would give them minus stars. Do not buy a car from here. They sell broken vehicles. If you want a car that works, do not come here.
