As someone who has never bought a car from a dealership...

As someone who has never bought a car from a dealership before julie made the whole process super easy, & made sure I understood everything as we went through the process. She was friendly and professionally & made the process easy from the before hand & discussing the details to the final sale of the car! Definitely would recommend her to anyone I know in the area!

Great staff- Julie is fantastic!

Julie took great care of us and was fund to work with. Staff, including finance and store manager were all very pleasant. Next car will be purchased here!

Bait and switch

We bought a car for our daughter's 16th birthday. Had little dent in front of hood; it's written in the purchase agreement that they would fix. Been over 2 months... crickets. Sales guy Joey was great with initial sale, but he verbally promised he would get us floor mats (said it was "no problem"). Crickets... nothing there either. Finance guy was fantastic though. Overall it is your typical used car dealership... will tell you anything to make the sale but as far as any service afterwards... forget about it.

Danielle G. did an excellent job!

Danielle G. followed up and kept me informed. She ensured I had direct access to her management staff to negotiate a fair price for the Ram Truck I purchased. The truck was in excellent shape and I have had no problems since the purchase. I recommend asking for Danielle G. if you are looking for a quality used vehicle at a fair price at Grand Motorcars.

Julie was good at helping select a car. While I love the...

Julie was good at helping select a car. While I love the car I bought, it has a decent dent in it that I did not see before purchasing which is very upsetting. Having to replace a part on a car you just bought is never fun. However, you live and you learn. The car runs well and I am overall happy with the purchase.

Lies and dishonest!

After inquiring about a vehicle, I was pressured by the sales staff to fill out an app for credit and place a $500 dollar deposit to hold the vehicle. After that, I spent the next 3 days trying to get an answer about the finances rates and payment, no answer just o we will take care of you! Then on Monday morning, my wife unfortunately was laid off do to the virus that has hit our country. I was told by Oswald I would get a full refund on my deposit under the circumstances and it would be no problem at all! That was three weeks ago and now no one will return my messages or calls! DO NOT BUY HERE, THIS DEALERSHIP DOESNT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL!

Lying deceptive swindlers

They promised to replace the rear bumper and put 80% tires on the Tundra. They purposefully did not include the WEO in the sales papers. They didn't return over a dozen phone calls I made to them. Never purchase any vehicle from them! The worst buying experience I have ever had in over 50 years.

Shady! If you think their internet prices are too good to...

Shady! If you think their internet prices are too good to be true, that’s probably because it’s true. They post pics of vehicles they previously owned at below market prices to lure you in and then say it was sold when you get serious about making the purchase. I discussed the price of one truck with Joseph for a week via email and when I called to let them know I was coming to test drive, the guy that answered said they sold it. When I tried to get more information on when it was sold, they said they have too many salesmen and too many cars to keep track of when something is sold. Red flag!! When I pushed the fact that it was ridiculous for them to expect someone to think they can’t tell when they sold something in inventory, the guy got defensive, told me not to call again and hung up. This dealership is the definition of why people hate working with dealers for shady sales tactics. The truck in question is still posted for sale on Autotrader as I write this. They disgust me.

Just bought my first car and Julie was very helpful and efficient. I’m 100% satisfied with my experience. I recommend grand motor cars to anyone looking for a good quality deal.
