Site and customer service need work
Called about 2 different vehicles and could barely hear person who answered due to loud music in background. Regardless awkward greeting was thank you for calling. Maybe as how you can help. Asked about two vehicles each time offered a stock number and person replied "nah you gotta tell me a year." Neither was still available even though still on cars.com and dealer site. Told them they should get someone to update better so we aren't wasting everyone's time. Ok and hung up on me.

Great experience! I had Julie as my salesperson and she was amazing. I told her my price range and what I was looking for in a car and she showed me every possible option. Once I picked out the car I wanted she even got the dealership to fix whatever minor ding it had and put a new battery in at no extra cost. Best car dealership I’ve been too by far.

Won't justify fees other than that's "just the way it is"
Took $1000 off car and then tacked on $1044 in fees. $699 Delivery Service Charge. $44 Registration. $299 Transfer Fee. Well, I'm paying cash and registering it in another state. They have clean and clear title, so there is no need for me to pay THEM registration and transfer fee. So I'd end up paying it twice. All they need to do for me is sign bottom of title. That's it. They agreed and said 'that's the way it is". Then the $699 Delivery Service Charge is a negotiable thing with dealers. It's NOT a Destination Charge, which IS mandatory. I asked what did you do to the car to justify the Delivery, or Service. They said nothing. That's just what we charge. There is no delivery. There is no service done on the car. I asked for a Bill of Service for the work that was done on the car when they took it in from auction. Said they don't have one. So how do you justify the $699 charge? Said that's just what we do. I understand they need to make money, but $1044 is excessive for no reason. Needless to say, I wouldn't buy a car from these guys. Owner said this is how we do things. Not with me. Good luck if you get a car from them.

I bought the vehicle in Nov. since then it’s had to have $4k dollars in repairs. The company hangs up on me and won’t return my calls and won’t return my emails. No business ethics. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Contacted about a car that was already sold
Terrible ....contacted me about a car that was already sold. Made a trip there only to find no car that I was interested in. Was told it was sold 'yesterday' yet someone had just called me minutes before my arrival to see when I wanted to see the car. Bad business...

36 f150 listed on website and only 6 on the lot
I called and spoke with Rodney asking for a F150 with good price and he said that was sold, the my friend called about another f150 and he said it was available. We drove 1 hr when asked for Rodney and waited for 20 minutes never showed up, the manager gave us another salesman, when we asked for the truck he couldn't find it so told us that it was also sold. Only six truck f150 truck on the lot. False advertisement, Bait and switch.
