I am so grateful to Randy and the team at Courtesy Autopark. It was the smoothest process that I have ever experienced from finding me the right automobile to the completion of the financing. I left Courtesy feeling like I had been taken care of without any hassle. Randy stayed in regular contact with me and the process from beginning to end was seamless. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a solid vehicle without the worry and hassle of haggling and getting a safe reliable automobile.

Do not go here the sales man John was wonderful and I felt bad for him because he was stuck in the middle because the owner Randy didn’t have the guts to stand up for himself! This is got to have been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life no straight answers totally missed lead spent half of the week trying to deal with this only to have to give up and start all over again worst thing ever! And it’s not the sales man he was great very kind dedicated to what he was doing it was the owner who put him as the middleman which was unfair to him and he should be truly ashamed of his business practices. My goal was to buy a car within a reasonable price range I found the car I love I wanted to get but the whole experience I gave it up because if you can’t trust somebody from the start the process keeps getting worse you don’t want to sign on what’s the company like that I was lied to from the start I never got a straight answer very frustrating very irritating do you not go there do not go there I’m telling you save yourself the energy I learned my lesson!!!!!! And blame Randy he’s a crook!

Courtesy Auto Part has very nice cars for great prices! I highly recommend buying from them, so much easier than a regular car lot, and better prices. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car!

Our family has purchased cars/upgraded through this company (and their sister lot) for at least 20 years. Always been happy with the vehicles, the salespeople have been helpful, and repairs made if needed. Seems like they have bent over backwards to make us happy. We ourselves have bought/traded up 6 times, my oldest daughter has purchased once and youngest daughter 5 times. We will return when we are ready for another vehicle.

You sit for a few hours doing lengthy history and ask you to fill out a minimum of 5 references, they fail to tell you if you don't finance through them, you get no warranty and their financing is biweekly payments even with good credit. They also are not flexible on prices which are way over kbb or nada. They waited until I went elsewhere to buy a vehicle to ask if I was still interested; when I said I went somewhere else, they sent a letter in the mail saying they denied my loan request, which I didn't even ask for to make my credit look bad! I should have known when there were no customers that something was funky there.
