my conversations with the folks at AUDI COLUMBUS was all professional and not pushy. HUNTER took good care of me, but after giving further consideration on the TT, my wife reminded me that if I’m lucky, I could put one bag of clubs under the passenger seat. That ain’t gonna work. Anyways

The last car I purchased was from a different Columbus dealer, but I chose Byers for my new Audi because they have been wonderful to us most recently servicing our older Audi. They found the car I wanted and had it shipped to Byers in a timely manner. When I went to pick up my new Audi they gave us all the time we needed to explain everything. I highly recommend Byers family of dealerships.

Just an outstanding buying experience at this dealership. Worked with Sean McKinney on a new R8 and he just did everything right. We are in Pittsburgh and did everything by text or email and it was just a seamless transaction. I’m a car enthusiast and have purchased a lot of cars in my life. He did not try to pressure us at all in order to make a sale. Hunter was patient and honest with us in answering all of our numerous questions. While we went there with intention of buying a used Q5, we ended up purchasing a new one. Eventually Hunter was able to guide us to the perfect car. Our dealings with Mike Garas and Rachel Paskey were also outstanding. This was definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had. We would strongly recommend Hunter and Byers Imports to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
