Customer service was great.

Customer service was great. The team worked with me to get a new car. Tony Tocco was my sales associate and he did a wonderful job and made the experience well worth it.

This is my second new Nissan Frontier purchase from

This is my second new Nissan Frontier purchase from O’Brien. I was a Chevy truck guy, having owned Chevys from every decade since 1977. When Nissan updated the body style in 2022, I knew I had to have one. I’m not a fan of turbos, so the Frontier is THE truck in this size. In 2022, Nissan did not offer the long bed with the SV crew cab. But you can get this combo in 2025. O’Brien did not have a long bed on the lot, but Tony found one exactly the way I wanted it. Tony was easy to work with on trading in my 2022 for the 2025. Could not ask for a better experience. During the course of ownership of my 2022 Frontier, I got to know Keith in Service as well. Not because of problems. The Frontier has been trouble free. Keith has a competent and friendly staff. This is what keeps me coming back for service.

We called that day to come in and see a car and chase for us in quick! There was no hassle and he made sure all our questions were answered. We felt very lucky to have found this car and dealer and it made our car buying process so smooth! Chase is great!

The service with this dealership was quick, easy, and very accommodative. I showed up looking for a new Sentra, and the dealership was 2 hours from closing. We found a car I wanted and from there, they did the credit check etc. I was signing paperwork and out the door within the hour.

Everything was great Quick fast they even let us take a long car ride beforehand to test out the vehicle gave us all the Carfax. Before I even put my money down to purchase, the car will definitely be buying a car from Chase again

Thanks so much to O’Brien. Tony Tocco took care of us so well as we looked to find a car for our daughters. He was empathetic kind and truly cared about making sure that we got what we were looking for. He and Brian (official paperwork) were both thorough when it came to helping with the insurance company’s needs. (We were replacing a car that had been totaled). The dealership felt like a hometown dealership with everyone saying “hi” and taking the time to ask our names and get to know us. Recommend highly. Thanks so much!
