I was treated brash by everybody that I came across. I was never able to get a hold of the person/persons that I was informed would be in charge of my vehicle. I have no plans on using this dealership in future. This the second time being treated like this so you they seem to be making plenty of money without me (or using reasonable customer service).The only pleasant action I had was with a woman named Monica. She was the only person to give me any information or return a call?

This place does not give you the price up front. They give you a price on-line and then add $2,995, a delivery fee of $595 and other charges that add up to $895. They would only give me $21,100 for my trade which I just sold to CarMax for $25,800.

After many phone calls, they finally got the part and fixed my car in just a few hours. I felt like I was getting the run-around just because it was under warranty. They refuse to answer the phone and you have to leave messages or go a round about way to contact them. If I had a choice I would go to a different dealership.
For the service department. I would stear clear of the shop for repairs, the lack of skill or the ability to actually repair a vechile in the dealership is crazy they still are able to operate. General motors should be looking into what they are doing here

The dealership admitted responsibility and, in writing, promised me: • To cancel the loan and reimburse all my payments, insurance, fees, taxes, and costs. • To provide me with a replacement Escalade at no cost. What actually happened? We’re very sorry for the difficult situation this customer experienced. The vehicle in question was vetted by multiple sources, including the lender, as a clean vehicle with a proper VIN. We had no knowledge at the time of sale that the vehicle’s multiple VINs were fabricated and that it was a stolen vehicle. Credit goes to law enforcement for figuring this out and handling the situation in a professional manner. As soon as we were made aware, we took immediate steps to make it right for the customer. We offered a full refund, paid off the loan, and refunded all dealer expenses and fees. We also offered the customer a discount toward a replacement vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer declined these offers and instead demanded that we provide him with a replacement vehicle for free, at no cost at all, which was never promised or offered and is unreasonable. At Dyer Chevy, we take pride in operating with honesty, transparency, and integrity. While rare, unexpected situations can occur in the automotive industry, and our priority is always to act quickly and fairly for our customers. We remain committed to helping our community with their automotive needs and appreciate the trust so many families continue to place in us.
I already reached out many times. Your GM promised in writing a replacement Escalade and full reimbursement after you sold me a stolen vehicle. Instead, you broke deadlines, deleted my posts, and tried to backtrack. I will continue this process with regulators until the commitments you made are honored.
Your statement is misleading and omits critical facts. Here are the corrections: 1. “Paid off the loan immediately” – False. My loan was not paid until September 4, 2025, more than two weeks after police seized the stolen Escalade on August 20. During that time, I remained legally responsible for a loan balance on a stolen vehicle. 2. “Refunded all dealer expenses and fees” – Incomplete. You ignored the $6,600+ in loan payments, insurance premiums, and other out-of-pocket costs I already paid. Under Fla. Stat. § 320.27 and FDUTPA, I am entitled to reimbursement of all costs, not just selective ones. 3. “Discount on a replacement vehicle” – Misrepresentation. In writing, your General Manager told me: “complete reversal of the deal, we are looking for another Escalade.” That is not a “discount.” That is a clear replacement promise made to me directly. 4. “Customer demanded a free car” – False. I am not asking for anything free. I am asking for what the law requires and what your GM committed to in writing: • Loan cancellation with no credit damage. • Full reimbursement of all amounts I paid. • The Escalade replacement promised as part of making me whole. 5. Dyer Group’s reputation – This is not an isolated issue. Across multiple Dyer stores in Florida, there are numerous consumer complaints online and with regulators. My case reflects a pattern of poor practices and broken promises that undermines the trust customers should be able to place in a Chevrolet franchise.
Everybody was thoughtful and professional and kind to me and my family. I love our car. It’s even better than the previous year model.
