I purchased my 2021 Venza around February of 2021. I also purchased an extended warranty and decided to have all my service done by Brookfield Toyota. During the 2 years, they have maintained my car perfectly. The service was so good, last year i purchased and additional maintenance service contract. With Brookfield Toyota I have had 2 or 3 different service writers and all of them have treated me with respect and care. After every service, they have called me to ask how my service has gone.

This was probably the best experience I have had with a dealership. Brayan did a wonderful job in helping me pick out my first Toyota.
