My overall experience was excellent. I worked with a young man named Tony who knew every answer to my questions. I drove about 6 cars to truly make the right decision and he was patient the entire time and never strayed away to work with another customer.

Our salesperson Luis was very knowledgeable on the the vehicle we were looking to purchase as well as other vehicles I pointed out. I would highly recommend him. The whole process was very fast. Originally he Informed us due to the high demand on hybrids we may have to wait up to 2 months. However he did some digging and found a dealer some hours away willing to part ways with the exact model and color vehicle we wanted! He turned a 2 month wait into a couple days wait. We are very grateful for his help and look forward to doing business with him again in the near future. My only suggestion would be to find a new receptionist the older lady was quite rude and seemed to want to avoid eye contact with anyone coming in. As we were leaving a gentleman had to wait until Luis approached him because the receptionist refused to acknowledge he was even there.

This dealership was a very pleasant, fair, and efficient dealership to buy a car from. I never felt obligated or pressured to purchase. Also, I was able to communicate with the people I worked with easily - never felt confused after asking a question or scared to ask the question. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

I arrived without an appointment, and Ericka C. greeted me in the lobby, and asked how she might be able to assist. She was friendly, kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. I had planned on stopping at several places today, but ended up deciding to purchase because of her. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you, Eric (very happy new 2010 Hyundai owner)

I basically was coming at time to scout around looking for a sorta replacement for my ford focus and Megan Bettack was on the the spot in directing me to at least better models of the car that were available not only that other manufacture types that were in comparison as well. It was like these cars jumped out and made them selves notices when she was showing them off. Had to let someone know she has something in her for this position.

Megan & Brad made a great team assisting us in buying our Rav4 last Sat. This was Megan’s first sale, & she started the process well. As she continued, Brad, her mentor, was there every step of the way to to help bring the sale to a conclusion. Brad even made the extra effort to stop by our house on Mon. to complete some technology questions! Fine experience!

What a great experience. I have not purchased a vehicle from a large dealership lately and was pleasantly surprised. My salesman, Brayan Alanis was friendly, knowledgable and took all the time I needed to go over everthing for me. I love my new Rav4 Hybrid and look forward to many pleasurable trips in it.
