Nice and friendly dealership.

Nice and friendly dealership. The staff were kind and helpful. It was especially nice working with Vlad. He made us feel relaxed and he is knowledgeable about Lexus product all across the board. All questions we have were answered professionally. He also introduce us to other dealership staff. We are looking forward toward future visits to Lexus Milwaukee for service. I worked with Everett at Lexus of Milwaukee to secure a great deal on a used 2016 Shelby GT350 and it was a pleasant experience all around. Their responsiveness and constant coordination was extremely helpful as I had the car transported to me through several states. He sent me a great amount of pictures and videos of the car throughout the sales and transport process which I can't say enough about how helpful he was. Ask for Everett when going here for all your purchasing needs.

Very good experience.

Very good experience. Vehicle made and delivered as promised. Provided timely communications to analyze lease and financing options. Nice touch with my wife who vehicle was purchased for with the bow and flowers.

Lexus of Milwaukee delivered a 2012 Nissan Versa to my 77

Lexus of Milwaukee delivered a 2012 Nissan Versa to my 77 year old uncle in Bristol. He's a low-income senior, has early stages of dementia and can't drive. He gave them over $6000 in cash. It was discovered that the car's seat belts are defective-the actual internal restraining mechanisms of the belts do not function. Both front parking lights do not work. Both outside door mirrors are defective. Speedometer backlight doesn't work. They sold and delivered to my elderly uncle an unsafe vehicle and claim that it had gone through "a thorough safety inspection." They gave him some roses, took his money (and a photo) and left. The dealership refuses to take the car back. It was a substantial portion of his life savings. My elderly uncle has an unsafe car he can't drive (and shouldn't be driving). This dealership needs to show integrity and make things right.
