Me: been looking for 10-12 year old pre owned Lexus for past few months, I’m very particular about certain things when buying pre owned. Found an interesting pre owned Lexus online @ Lexus of Milwaukee. I had some questions so I submitted an inquiry through Lexus of Milwaukee’s website. Melissa (Mgr?) responded promptly asked a few questions and shared that Angelique Cruz would follow up with me. Angelique reached out & was very professional, answered all my questions and went out of her way to satisfy a request for some additional visual information about the vehicle I was interested in. No hard sell, no weird questions or requirements, just friendly polite customer service. I say this because I’ve been searching for awhile and Melissa & Angelique were great to work with, I wish all the other people I’ve had to interact with at other, “car places,” were just as professional. Although it wasn’t the pre owned Lexus for me, I was very impressed with how I was treated by Melissa, Angelique & the overall customer experience, I had at, Lexus of Milwaukee.
