They never responded back to me about my request. I wanted to know about the car and a trade in.

I requested information on a 2002 Lincoln Blackwood that they had advertised and I was ready to purchase they failed to respond. I would guess they choose not to sell the car.

I purchased an older 6-speed BMW, well-cared for by it's previous owner (a BMW fanatic) from DMV and I couldn't be happier with my car. I am a car person and I would definitely do business with these guys again.

The sales experience and staff were great until after the sale was completed. On the way home with the vehicle I noted an issue with the shifter boot and it needed repair, I also had noted during my test drive a crack in the windshield that I brought up the crack and they said they would take care of it. So I realized on my way home that the windshield was still cracked and I phoned Rashid and left a message, I heard back 3 days later and he said he would get back to me and then 2 days later he told me nothing he could do, I also mentioned that he had told me the Jeep had Bluetooth Connectivity and when I attempted to connect learned that it does not have Bluetooth Connectivity and checked the VIN and its not an available option even though it has a phone button on the radio. Again Rashid said nothing he could do. So word tot he wise don't leave with the car until you have noted everything and agreed in writing on the repairs because they do not keep there word or even try to resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable way.

On Saturday, Decemeber 7, 2024 I met Sam from DMV Auto Group. I found a Range Rover Sport at the dealership. I completed the deal and was informed about the extra incentives that was given by Sam. I was highly impressed with the vehicle and on top of that, the vehicle passed the Maryland inspection on the first try. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great used vehicle.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I purchased a used car from them. My sales person was Rashid. His reactivity was refreshing from a dealership. I can highly recommend them. I thought the price of my car was extremely competitive. I would have no hesitation in buying from them in the future.

Sold the car we had agreed on—without even a call or a text—while I was getting the check from bank.
