Yvonne helped us find the perfect car. Started online looking and thought we knew which car we wanted. She encouraged us to drive at least two cars. So glad we did. Came home with our dream car. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle!

Bought a 2017 Ford Escape in July 2019 which completely broke down and had to be towed 13 days later after being driven 5 times. They won’t take back the vehicle, answer my phone calls or even lend us a loaner car. This is the worst consumer experience I have ever had or even heard about. Save yourself some grief and shop at a reputable dealer.

Horrible experience..came there to get an audi..for my daughter.. because she want a certain color, after doing my research , ran into these people.. Everything was find until i brought up my $500.00 discount that i was promosed before i left my town.. sales man would go back in forth to his manager and change a few number around.. printed 4 different pages of thes sales recipt .. All with different numbers on..and i just gave up and walked out.. to think about the deal.. tried to call the sales man back, he never answered my phone, texted him, no respond.. i called the store to speak to the manager.. he was not in apprently.. next time i called after a few minutes manager was with someone..i came back to the store, and sales man saw me coming back.. sat in his managers office.. i went to the receptionist and asked to see the salesman after 10 mintues of wait he came out.. finally we both agreed on a number and sales man shook my hand and said congratulation and says he has to take it over to his manager, comes back after a few minutes ..tell me his managers says he cant do it on this price.. i m thinking you guys cant keep your words.. At last there was 18 cents we were arguing about and he sd he needed to go ask his manager if he can take those 18 cents off.. I drove there for 3 hoirs just to get a run down.. i had the worst car buying experience..i will never refer this place to anyone..

Had a great experience with getting my first car with Leo. He was very helpful in the whole process.
