My entire experience at Lexus was unremarkable. From meeting Rick initially there was no pressure, he was super informative and patient with me. He made the entire process stress free and easy and did everything he could to help. It felt more like he was assisting me rather than just selling me a car like all the other dealerships. The entire team at lexus made me feel like family. I was introduced to everyone with smiling faces. I can't say enough good things about my experience. This was my 6th car purchase over the years and hands down best experience of them all 💕

Service department : Accurate diagnoses ; reasonable charges ; no surprises with my invoice. Always pleasant and courteous. What more can you ask for. Sales department - Rick Watson Rick is a very good salaes person ; low key but knowledgable. He knew what I was looking for ; and kept me posted on what was avaialble and what was coming in. This was our first time purchasing a Lexus vehicle from Lexus of London. Overall the staff were all very accommodating. We were greeted upon arrival at the dealership by very friendly staff who asked us how they could help us. Our sales person Rick Watson was very helpful, he had a casual, professional approach ( no sales pressure -which was great!!) and he helped us determine our vehicle needs and answered all of our questions. He ensured we test drove our vehicle before purchasing and thoroughly reviewed all of the vehicles features with us. Rick also ensured a smooth transition to the business services manager (Kylie) and ensured we had a time booked that worked for us to receive our new vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up our vehicle Rick ensured we were introduced to all of the key people to accommodate our future servicing needs and he made sure the vehicle was professionally detailed and ready for delivery. Andy in parts did a great job at sourcing a winter wheel package that we liked and the wheel package complimented the looks of the vehicle. Also thanks to Kylie for help with the extended warranty and Lauren for explaining all of the detailed features of the vehicle at delivery. Romeo in service also answered a few extra detailed questions we had and ensured we understood how service will accommodate our future needs. Looking forward to our first vehicle servicing. We went to the Lexus dealership in London in search of a new car for my wife when we walked in we were met by the amazing front desk staff offered us drinks to which then lead us to our salesman Rick Watson he greeted us and politely asked what we were in the market for though Im sure it was very painful for him do to the fact my wife was back and forth between 2 vehicles he listened and answered all questions and then helped us make the best decision for her in my opinion probably one of the best salesman and financial teams we have ever encountered AWARD 🥇 winning experience all around will definitely be heading back there for my next vehicle

During the service period found an unexpected requirement for a replacement part causing an overnight delay for parts. A replacement vehicle was immediately arranged as we live in Woodstock. Henry Gao's reactions were great. My 3rd Lexus from this outstanding dealership!

Having my car break down suddenly and needing a new one within weeks, I could not have found a better person than Sue to help me! I was in Waterloo at the time and she in the London dealership, yet she was able to help me with an amazing NX 200T at an incredible deal, all arranged over the phone, and delivered within 2 days right to the front door of my AirBnb!!! I am still amazed at how smoothly the entire process wet, but I cannot say I am surprised as Sue was responding to my late night and early morning emails even! She was extremely devoted and paid great attention to detail. I am so happy with my experience and 100% recommend Sue!!

Feel everything is good. Survive is nice and ask what drink do we want every time. And I can feel the respect when I was looking for the car.
