Stephanie was friendly and courteous from the 1st minute we met her. She connected with my wife and made the experience of buying a vehicle great as it should. When you buy a car you should feel fantastic about it and get what you want without hassle. Stephanie did this for us . Never an issue on anything. She made it seamless for us . No one issue with anything. Buying a car over Christmas is tough as we are all busy. The dealership is 2 hours away from our home in the country . No problem for London Lexus . We met only to pick our car and the next time we met the car was delivered to us . Stephanie arranged things with Kylie and Liliana and Bill did a great job on delivery. This dealership is superb on their customer satisfaction and took care of us beyond Lexus expectation . Thank you all at Lexus of London.

Purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but do not remember any dealers that I enjoyed more. Main reason for this is the people that work there and there eagerness to assist. Although I mainly dealt with two people, Stephanie the sales person who is so helpful and sweet you just want to give her a hug. From the Financial side, Liliana, who was also helpful and made every effort to provide what I required. Just for good measure once I purchased the vehicle that sales manager made it a point to thank me for the business. So bottom line, if your looking for a new or used vehicle I recommend this dealership; you will have a hard time finding better people to deal with.

Was looking for another Lexus RX 350 for my parents. We had some special criteria/budget to meet. Within days of requesting, Sue alerted me of some great options leading us to another fantastic vehicle purchase. Sue went over and above even offering to deliver the car for us on her day off. Brought our new RC in for its free 1600km inspection and also to get some snow tires put on. Henry was quick to greet, ask me if I had any specific concerns and within minutes I was on my way. When I returned to pick up it was the same quick and efficient approach. The quote Henry provided me when I brought the car in was right on the button. Also got a moment to speak to Bill the Tech who serviced the car. He was pleasant and explained there were no issues installing the winter wheels and tires provide however he could not get the sensor to sync with the newer model car. Oh did I mention that the car was shining. A very nice touch in -15C weather. Thanks again Lexus of London Service Dept. You guys rock! Steve

Sue Vincent was very professional, answered all our questions, recognized us the second time we came in and went above and beyond our expectations. Sue explained the mission statement of Lexus of London and made us feel very comfortable about calling if we had any concerns, such as if we couldn't figure out the garage door openers, to just call and someone would come out and help. Very pleased with her service and would recommend to others.

Great service- from start to finish all very clear and was able to fit in some other work not discussed prior to service appointment -awesome-did everything and more...also nice to have my salesperson say hello- other places act like they have never seen you after the sale....the bar has been raised

We were looking to update our RX350 with the same only a few years newer. Being from out of town Sue was very accommodating so we didnt have to make extra trips to dealership. Although it was a used Lexus we were buying She made us feel like we had bought a new one. Great experience and would recommend to others.
