ram junk, numerous electrical problems, recalls but no parts , dealer no help, ram canada cut off conversation when told it was being recorded .What are they afraid of ??? STAY AWAY

It was a pleasure to deal with this dealership. Everyone was open and up front with all costs associated with the purchase of the truck. They also accommodated our request for different tires, and while not able to trade the old tires on the truck for the new ones, they gave us a good deal on them. Alex was our first point of contact and was great. Very attentive to our needs but not pushy. Jaksa was great to deal with on the financing end, explaining our options on undercoating, extended warranties, etc, but not pushing anything. We even got an email from Louis checking in on a Sunday morning to make sure we were happy with the whole process. I would 100% recommend this dealership.

Dont go here, super cheap dealership. Watch out! Bought a car from them several years ago days before i went to pick up the vehicle i bought they said one of their mechanics damaged the rear passeneger side which lead to a bunch of surface rust on the body. They agreed to fix it for me before i picked it up. Clearly sent it to a cheap repair shop to try to save money on there sale of the vehicle. Now several years later the rust is bubbling up from underneath the paint in the exact spot the repair was done. Clearly a poor job was done. Contacted them about and wont do a single thing about it, not even confront the body shop they took it to as it should be covered by warranty. Do not go here clearly they care about money not there customers

What a great place not to take my truck. Fairview Chrysler want to over charge me to install fuel filter in my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 with the Cummings diesel motor. Fairview Chrysler also said I need a air filter. Milton Automotive should me the Filter and it was very clean and they said I didn't need one. They also installed fuel filter $100.00 cheaper than Fairview Chrysler. Fairview Chrysler said it takes 2 hours to install fuel filter, took Milton Automotive about 25 minutes. I will never ever take my truck to Fairview Chrysler again Jim Burlington
