Wheaton Honda

I Sold my car to Wheaton Honda for $29,000, And I asked them for a Bill of Sale or Record of their purchase and they refused to give me anything. I keep calling back and they are ignoring me. I don't get it. This is Terrible treatment. Please call me Back and provide me with the paperwork ASAP - Raymon
