I'm not sure how much you pay Brandon Horth, but whatever it is, double it. He is by far the best sales manager I have ever dealt with (twice) and his service is the only reason we bought a new edge. When Brandon was unavailable, Abhi stepped in and was excellent as well.

I went into Zender Ford just to look at some new escapes, I found a Lincoln I was very interested in but unfortunately I couldn't get it. But Ashton helped me get my new escape. He answered all my questions and worked hard for me to get the deal I wanted. Customer service at Zender Ford is the best I have ever had. Ashton wasn't pushy he just let me see what I wanted and didn't try to push me into what I didn't want. It was a great experience.

We came in looking for a new Ford F 150 truck and spoke to Ashton Choufi and told him exactly what we wanted. Not only was he extremely helpful but very informative of our needs. Awesome people. I bought many cars in my life and this dealer has to be the best. The experience, from the time I walked in 20 minutes before closing time on a Wednesday night all the way to the time a took possession, was excellent. They all displayed friendliness and professionalism that was beyond what I would have ever expected. I recommend anyone to at least give them a try. It'll be worth it.

Ashton worked hard to get us a quality vehicle within our price range even tho we were the last customers just before closing on a Saturday evening.

I called Zender Ford is when I met Abhi he said truck that I had saw was in great shape and it was. Being out of country it was no regular sale but Abhi was great it took some time but with both of us not nowing what to do we figured it out and it went well . It was a lot of extra effort but Abhi worked hard to make it go smooth. I am very happy with my truck .Abhi made me feel like a new friend thank you very much . My wife and I went to a few Ford dealerships, our last stop was Zender in Spruce Grove. We were met outside at the front door by Ashton, and told him we were looking for a new 2015 F150. He listened and he showed us exactly what we were looking for. We really had no intention of completing a deal that day, but with his attention, the test drive and the pricing, we walked out proud owners. Ashton hustled to ensure our vehicle was prepped for our pick up. We appreciated his honesty regarding a flaw in the front grill and the dealership's immediate response to correct it. Overall our experience was not pressured, rushed or high sales pitched. We would definitely recommend Ashton and Zender Ford.

Their salesman, Christian was excellent. He was always attentive but never pushy. We always serviced our last Escape at the dealership and they have a very capable and courteous service department.
