Dec 23/15 Called about ordering a new Motor for 350 Ford Welding truck Talked to Mark Yes talk to Parts and get it ordered. About 10 days. Motor is coming from Texas. Dec 28/15 Brought truck in because they where slow could maybe pull old motor so when the new came it would be ready/ Jan/16 They had not started on it yet? Then spoke to parts it will be 10 working days. Jan 8/16 The motor is in route but not sure where it is at, at this time. Jan 15/16 It would be at the end of Jan. before it would be in. Jan 29/16 Another month from now. Feb/16 When it to the service dept. they said the end of Feb. Spoke to Ford Canada they said we have to talk to you. Feb 26/16 Called Ken he said 6 weeks Now they are saying we could get you a new one sooner put it would cost around 10,000.00 He has been renting a welding truck and welder since Jan4/16. This is unexceptable YOU HAVE TO LOOK INTO THIS. Have paid 2 months for a rental and still NO ANSWERS . The truck is still there we trusted your word it would be done. My sales representative Ashton C worked hard for me. I can't say everything was perfect, but if it wasn't things were done to make them perfect. My story is very long. to sum it up, i had a deposit on a different truck. This truck was a demo, upon further inspection when I went to pick it up, it didn't meet my expectations. Brandon H did his best to help. the Next Day Melanie put together a new deal that I was satisfied with. I started dealing with western buick gmc. they wanted me to do all the negotiating. Thats what I liked about this experience. They made it easy to agree on a price. The only downfall I really had was my first visit, my wait time was way to long. If I put it in perspective tho and realize Ashton has to deal with as many people as he can because he has to put food on his table, then it wasn't all that bad to wait. If you want someone to work for you go with Ashton. The only reason I didn't give the price a five is because I went in to buy a 2015 and left with a 2016. So I know the deals will be better next year then what I paid. Thank you

My fiance & I went in to just browse on vehicles then this salesman approached us in the most calm manner...Just his initial personality caught our attention we started talking with him about purchasing a vehicle he answered all our questions & his salesman ship was awesome no pressure and we decided to purchase a vehicle through him...Hands down to Christian Davey's I will definetly recommend him to family & friends and return to that dealership in the future...

Christian only showed what we were looking for and was respectful of our parameters. He spent a lot of time with us, both before and after the sale, showing us all the features ensuring we liked the vehicle. He made an extra effort to make sure we were happy wih our purchase.

Ashton is everything you want in a Car Salesman but seldom get. He was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and most importantly kind. The assistant service manager ( Lorraine) dealt with my vehicle problem personally and negotiated with Ford head office on my behalf resulting in a substantial reduction in my costs. A rental vehicle was provided at no cost as well. The sales department ( Christian Davey) was equally as helpful in showing me all my options. Even though I have not yet purchased a new vehicle I highly recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and know they will receive excellent service after the sale!
