Fantastic people to work with. It took longer than expected for my 2022 Tucson to arrive but, it is here now and I can’t wait to pick it up!

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle since...

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle since our former ride was on its last leg for us. We did our research after visiting other dealerships and being treated like a license to print money. Not here. Dusty at Precision Hyundai made the entire experience so enjoyable. There was no pressure to buy and all questions were answered factually and honestly. If Dusty didn't know how to answer our question he was up front about it and sought out the question immediately. His no pressure sales tact was very impressive! Paige, in finance, was amazing as well! She walked us through all the different options we had after we discussed them with her. There was no real upselling made mention unless we inquired about it from our research. We knew what we were interested in and some of the options involved. What made it more interesting is that we didn't know the additional bonuses that came with some of the options we chose. I appreciate the continued communication from Precision Hyundai as well as one option we wanted to have installed is not available right now but Dusty has been in constant communication letting us know possible timelines for it all. Overall it has been a very positive and professional experience!

Great customer service. Made my shopping experience comfortable and efficient. Any issues were dealt with professionally and efficiently. The whole experience made me comfortable recommending Precision Hyundai to other prospective buyers. No high pressure sales techniques.

Everything was fine, except the oil change took 3 hours...

Everything was fine, except the oil change took 3 hours and then had to sort out the maintenance agreement. All was resolved and the staff were very good.

The experience for purchasing our new Santa Fe was comfortable, professional, and efficient! Very much appreciated all the support offered by Dusty and Paige! The whole experience was probably the best one I’ve had when purchasing a new vehicle!

Terrific service, we have been bringing our MDX here for years and the techs seems very competent. Now I am bringing my 2019 Tacoma where they are using OEM filters and parts. Great work!

Seriously the best dealership experience I have ever had....

Seriously the best dealership experience I have ever had. Worked with Kirsten Powell in sales and Paige Phillips in finance and I am thoroughly pleased with how the deal was handled. I can't stand dealerships that try to explain away fees. When I quoted "All-in Pricing" laws in Alberta, Kirsten was quick to remove all fees and we moved to negotiations for accessories. I felt I got a great deal on a new 2021 Palisade Calligraphy plus she threw in some extras for me as a thank-you (free oil changes). This dealership is one of the few I've dealt with that has offered a no xx experience. No patronizing staff members who give you the spiel about how they can't remove fees, how all dealers add fees, how they can't reduce the price of the vehicle since they want to provide you "the best experience possible" (whatever that means). Just straight to the point, presented me an offer and they were willing to negotiate. They also gave me a reasonable trade-in value for my civic. I've been to almost every Hyundai dealer in Calgary. South trail, crowfoot, Calgary Hyundai, Hyundai Gallery. All of them gave the same spiel about fees and refused to take it off the price of the vehicle. They all suck. Save your time and just come to Precision. Precision gave me advertised MSRP + GST( as required by law), and still had room to negotiate. Made me feel as if I was a valued customer and that they actually wanted to make the sale. All the other dealerships kept saying how Palisades are a "hot item" and that they sell themselves so to take it or leave. Well I'm glad I left their deals and came to Precision. I can not recommend them highly enough, especially Kirsten. Thanks guys!
