Drove 45 minutes there to be told it would take up to two hours for an oil change. When I said I had made an appointment and he told me yeah well some other stuff came up. Needless to say I didn’t receive an oil change

Staff is nice, technique skill perfect, maybe that day is too busy, it takes too long to finish my service.

Always friendly and explain what needs to be done now and what can wait. Car is ready when they say it will be

I have been going to this dealership for approximately 20 years. I have never had any problems with the staff I always get great service, they are always courteous and on time. Best thing about them that if i have a problem i can call and get an appointment today and not 3 week like some other dealerships.

Great service from everyone including sales and finance! The whole process flowed nicely and everyone we encountered was very friendly and nice. I would recommend them!

Nothing was explained to my daughter for the findings of the full service that included the breaking pads/discs, cabin filter and tire rotation in addition to the oil/filter change. the service was poorly managed and the technician didn’t have the decency to walk her through what’s working well or not working quite well with her Hundai Kona.

My experience at Precision Hyundai as been very positive. All the personnel was courteous et welcoming. Mr O'Neil gave a thorough explanation of the vehicle I purchased. He was also attentive and patient when demonstrating the use of all the controls. Yes, I would enjoy dealing with this dealer again. Thank you.

I have purchased three Hyundai vehicles and used two different Hyundai dealerships in Calgary on each occasion, changing each time because of the poor service received from them. I hoped for it to be “third time lucky” trying Precision Hyundai and I have been blown away by the difference here at Precision. They are straightforward and do not muck you about. They offered a good price first time for my trade in - unlike another dealership, whom we enquired at for a specific color of vehicle, who offered us $5000 less for our trade in! And then constantly texted us within days saying that they had found more money for our trade in! We would not have touched this dealership anyway given that they also lied to my daughter when she purchased another new vehicle telling her she could not refund her unused warranty when she bought another new car with a new warranty (we now find out that she should have been refunded - theft in my book) we will be dealing with this at that location very soon and leaving them a “wonderful” review when we have our refund. Anyone, who is looking for a great car for a great price, with amazing customer service from a dealership that is Honest and Reliable, look no further than Precision Hyundai, you will not be disappointed. Unlike others they do not ignore you after you have signed on the dotted line and their great customer care continues on.
