Today the service department seemed overwork. No pleasant greeting. No excuses for tardy service. They seemed because we didn’t purchase filters or extra maintenance they would stretch out a 1 1/2 hour service to 2 1/2 hours while my senior wife was waiting in the service area with her mask on while others weren’t. Not acceptable. Not normal people we have dealt with prior. Normally much better service. This was the second time we came for an installation of a recalled item.

Excellent service from Chanthoeun & Jack & Riley in parts & free snow brush as a result of Fall service package which includes tire swap. Will definitely come back again.

Usually I am satisfied with the service group. However this time not so much. Had to redo the wheels at home to get them centred.

Kate is always professional and courteous. I have been fortunate to have her as a service advisor for a few years now. Only rated 3 stars on cost as other dealerships that I deal with offer free tire storage.
