Excellent service and friendly sales people.

It was time for a new vehicle. Came into Precision and met the first person I dealt with was Robert. He got me into a vehicle I loved!!!! He has been very helpful and helped me with all my questions. Ozzie was also in on "my deal" and made the deal to buy a lot sweeter. Brought the car home and noticed a bit of damage. When I came back I met with Matt and he just made everything so easy. He has ordered another car in for me. All three of these gentlemen have been nothing but gracious and kind and helpful... Robert has called to make sure all is going good, Received a call from Ozzie to make sure everything is going okay. And seen Matt yesterday and he has ordered me the exact car I wanted and gave me all the information of receiving the car. In the meantime I have a loaner from the dealership and I am a happy camper. These gentlemen have made my experience with Precision a very pleasant one. Terrilyn was excellent and answered all our questions. Sasha came to know me by name. Very friendly. Super people. Hope this wasn't too lengthy?

Disappointed & Ripped Off!

I have learnt a lesson the hard way! I won't be buying another car from Precision, and the moment I can get rid of the car I purchased at Precision, I will be doing so. I have found out since buying it that, unless I service it strictly by Hyundai's standards, I run the risk of voiding the "great" warranty that was used as a selling feature - with nothing mentioned at the time of buying about the possibility of voiding the warranty. I also am paying more per month than I had originally planned for, due to an error by the financing department. The further "down the road" I get with this car, the more disappointment and rip off I feel comes of my purchase at Precision. I will go elsewhere for my next car purchase.

Leased a Santa Fe 2017 Limited Sport AWD 2.0T Very Pleased!!

I leased a Santa Fe 2017 Limited Sport AWD 2.0T yesterday. All the staff at Precision Hyundai were great to deal with. Very helpful and followed up on my questions. Ozzy the Sales Manager and Robert Koonin helped explain the high tech features of the car, very useful. Katherine Chan did the finance. Matt Campbell contacted me first (Manager) by email and explained how they work at Precision. Good team work and they all did their jobs. The SUV is great. This is my second Santa Fe and I am pleased with design, looks, options, and reliability. Geoff A.

Excellent buying experience!

This was my first time purchasing a car and Hyundai was excellent in finding me a vehicle that matched my needs and price range. Very personable team and easy to work with!

Great service as usual

Robert sold me my first Hyundai in 2014 when he was working with another dealership. His service was great then. When I decided to buy my second car, I contacted him again and the service was as great as before. The sale and finance team were very professional, understanding and appreciative. I got the car I wanted for the price I budgeted for.

So far, so Great!

First of all, I want to say that, over the years, I have contacted many dealerships online in order to "build a car". get a price or what have you. Most don't respond and, if they do, it's usually a week later. Not so with Precision and, more specifically Rob Koonin. He contacted me within hours and followed up appropriately with phone calls. We went on a test drive within 2 weeks and I purchased a beautiful 3.8 litre Technology package Genesis. Both he and Ozzy bent over backwards to get me the color I wanted, which they had to search for. Long story short, I've been driving it for a four days, Robert did a great job of orienting me to the car and Katherine in finance was great in getting everything signed, sealed and delivered in a prompt and professional manner. Like I said, so far so Great- I'd recommend Precision Hyundai and specifically Robert Koonin for his professional, personal and caring touch.

Excellent Service

I believe that the dealership does care about the people that come into their establishment. I found that everyone seemed to know each other and worked as a real team, which makes me feel comfortable. Robert was and continues to be Excellent, he took time to understand what I was looking for and my time frames. We then found the perfect car for me. Even after purchasing the vehicle Robert follows up to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone.

Service beyond expectations

Robert and Terrilyn surpassed our expectations to find a suitable vehicle for myself and my family of six within our budget. It also had to include negative equity from our Traverse which broke down 7,000 km over warranty and wasn't worth fixing. We are extremely relieved and happy to be in a nice reliable vehicle.
