Precision Hyundai

My experience with Precision Hyundai was terrific in every way and I am more than happy with my second hand Genesis (2015). Even though I live in Edmonton, I drove to Calgary for my car because my dealings over the phone with Omar & Katherine were top notch. My last Genesis (2011) was purchased locally in Edmonton, at West end Hyundai, but I was much happier dealing with Omar Taha, Bill Sakkalis & Katherine Chan. Omar had exceptional communication skills, was trustworthy, and efficient in dealing with what I needed. Pleased with the price for all of the superior options. Billy was outstanding as well. His passion for the Genesis was clearly seen and he was able to familiarize me with the car & its operations in a 'no rush' manner. Truly genuine salesman who should be appreciated and rewarded. And Katherine was a total gem!!! Very professional and helpful in the financial process. A speedy worker too! Really appreciate her going the extra mile to achieve things. Thank You so very much for all you did!! It was a bonus to see the gas tank FULL so I could just hit the highway and drive back home. I totally LOVE my car and so do many others. Dusty and the Sales Team took the time and extra effort to search and find the vehicle I wanted when other Dealers couldn't or wouldn't at a competitive price. Came in here to look at Santa Fes after receiving no service at all at the Hyundai Gallery. Bill Sakkalis was outside within a few short minutes and chatted with us about what we were looking for. We had test driven a Santa Fe at another dealership, but unfortunately it had a pretty bad accident on it and although we were very interested in the car, we didn't want one that had been previously badly damaged. We are still thinking about exactly what we want but wanted to write about our service here as it has been absolutely awful at several other dealerships. We are appreciative that Bill took the time to talk to us, despite not selling us a car that day.

I bought my first car from this dealership back in 2013. When it was time to upgrade my vehicle I went back. As always I had a great experience even though they are in the middle of some construction. I was originally going to buy another Elantra, but Alex one of the sales gentlemen suggested otherwise. I could not thank him enough for showing me the Veloster. Ozzy was also great! He set up a loaner car for me while I was waiting to pick up my new car. He also recommended a better insurance company for me which saved me $600. Overall the customer service in the sales department is on point! LOVE my new car :)

Had a Gold Detailing done today, wasn't sure what to expect as I have never had this done before. Car was immaculate, I'm sure it was cleaner than when I picked it up new. Must appologize for not emptying out storage areas, as I honestly didn't think these areas would be touched. I will know better next time. Also had a fall maintenance package done, as usual work was completed in good time with follow up calls to see if I wanted the recommened services at the same time. Thanks again Precision.

I bought my first hyandai Elantra with precision five years ago and have recently upgraded to the 2016 elantra GT. Love my new Elantra! I have been coming in for oil changes, seasonal swaps and regular maintenance for five years now and the level of service and customer care is always outstanding. It is such a joy to be so well looked after. Thank you all!!!!

Ozzy and Alex made my sale easy. the Genesis I desired was unavailable in Alberta, Ozzy searched for it and brought it in. Everyone involved took my purchase like it was the only one.
